Hi Ken,
I just wanted to write you a not to say thank you so much for all of your time and effort in helping us figure out our main sewer line problems. As you know, after two days of moving into our new home, one of our dreains backed-up and we were then told by THREE other plumbers that we had a break in our main line that consisted of 20' of cast iron pipe completely rotted out on the bottom.
However, when I showed Tingey Plumbing the video, you didn't think that was the case, and went the extra mile to prove that to me. After much videoing (with your amazingly clear color camera), jetting, augering, time and effort, you were able to prove to me that our sewer line was actually fine and NOT broken at all. It just needed some scraping to clear away 50 years of sediment so that we could see the bottom of our pipe--in good condition at that. You save me at least $7,000 and the trouble of potentially taking the seller to court.
You have a customer for life! Also, I've already told at least 5 people about how great you guys were, so I'm doing my best to pass the word along.
