They were able to come out within two hours of calling which was so important! Dan was polite, timely and very careful not to make a mess. He explained and talked through every step of his work and was patient to finish the job. No one likes to have a plumbing problem, or have to pay to have it fixed, but I felt I knew exactly what the problem was, how it was fixed and what we could do in the future to alleviate the problem to save money in the future.
The follow up regarding customer service and our experience with the plumber representing the company was great as well. They called to let me know he was on his way, and then called after he left to make sure that I was satisfied, if I had any further questions and if there was anything that needed improvement. We will definitely use Tingey in the future.

Thank you, Tingey Plumbing! You solved our hot water issues! We have lived in our house for 7 years and have had trouble the entire time getting consistent hot water. The problem was clearly explained and the options presented, including pros and cons. We now have VERY hot water and do not run out. I am delighted with the results.

Since moving to the Salt Lake Valley, we had been using a nearby plumber for all our needs. However, we began to feel that the services were over-priced and service was deteriorating. On occasion, we could not get even get service within a week or ten days. One day, when I felt I could not wait, I called Tingey, whose company was recommended to me. The service was prompt and proffessional. The technician was infoirmed and familiar with systems, like ours, that are over sixty years old. Upon being offered a discount for joining a service plan, I did so. Although I tend to be suspicious of such plans, since that time we have needed plumbing services several times. Tingey has given us prompt, VIP treatment, excellent service, and reasonable charges for service. I will be recommending Tingey, as a superior plumbing service to my friends and family.
