Applicant needs to have a work history with a licensed HVAC company doing service, repair, and replacement of heating and air conditioning equipment in residential and small commercial applications. Work will include diagnosing, and repairing of various malfunctioning heating and air conditioning systems, system change outs and upgrades, and determining deficiencies in existing systems to include but not limited to air flow, temperature drop, improper sizing, wiring problems, control issues etc.
Applicant must have a current Utah State Journeyman plumbing license and also have service and repair experience with a licensed plumbing contractor for a minimum of 2 years. All other types of experience in the plumbing field including radiant heating are a plus. Work consists of repair, service and replacement of existing plumbing fixtures, drain, waste, and vent systems as well as water, gas, and flue venting systems. This work will also include drain and sewer cleaning, repair, and replacement.
